4 So, here’s the LCF EVENT FORMAT, AGENDA based on 1, 2 and 3.

5 Then in the next LCF event, what did you accomplish for your last goal, plan or contract (3) using what support, assistance (4).
6 Topic (5) presentation that you choose—speaker, tape, video
7 What change, improvement or breakthrough do you want to make next, for the next LCF event using what SMART goal, action plan or behavior contract; support, assistance and so on.
